Apparently vegan and climate "activists" have been blockading Mcd's factories, preventing the nation's vegetables from getting their calories. Although both parties are undeniably cunts of the first rank, this is an excellent situation. A point which I’ve yet to see mentioned is that the idea of 'progressivism' is almost entirely a Western construct. How progressive is the great majority of the global population in relation to the Western, liberal population?

If the progressives among us were sincere they would be pushing their agendas within non-progressive populations where the greatest gains are to be made, instead of trying to maximise the margins in a market already saturated with progressivism.

That would be too dangerous for them.

Easier to pretend, in the West, where you are indulged.

Non progressive populations are largely non-European in ethnicity. This means that progressives must not judge them by ethnic European standards of behaviour because to do so is oppressive and racist.

Religion for the most part certainly stifled technology. It is one reason why we should not forget that alien intelligences (if they are out there) have not also been stifled by religious dogma. Only a fairly short leap from the German V2 rocket, much of the space mission  technology still rides on that German technology of nearly 80 years ago. the potential steps from the technology of 2000 or more years ago to the technology that put electricity into most Western homes were potentially only a few short steps.

If they started boycotting McDonalds in Peckham, Camberwell and Brixton and KFCs in similar areas there will be more starving blacks than in Ethiopia
