However...Billy your post is contradictory gibberish. Calm down, control your breathing and clarify now whether Bancel has been secretly/quietly disposing his shares in Moderna or not. In any case there was no run on the stock which meant that Moderna could continue to attract further investment either directly or indirectly via partnerships to develop mRNA technologies to combat certain types of cancer and other diseases. In market making and raising investment capital confidence is key.
