The problem is he is the head of the F.A and with all their money and media training he should have been told what is and isn't acceptable in these ultra pc days we live in.

I hear ya, but it's a bit more complicated when it comes to Premier League players wages as a lot of money comes from appearance's, performance targets etc. They also have a lot of third party sponsorship/wages which adds another load of complexity. I don't think he should have been trained or advised on the terminology that's acceptable to use in reference to black people. It wouldn't make any difference. They tell us which words they find acceptable, so we start to use those words, then they immediately change their minds and decide those words are now racist.
