Incitement To Racial Hatred

Gather around all you barrack room lawyers and Poundland Perry Mason's, it's time to examine the criminal offence of incitement to racial hatred, as defined under sections 17-29 of The Public Order Act of 1986.

Here are three examples of incitement that would make you guilty of the offence:

1: Making inflammatory public speeches.

2: Inciting inflammatory rumours about an individual or an ethnic group, for the purpose of spreading racial discontent.

3: Deliberately provoking hatred of a racial group.

The population of Memphis is almost 65 percent black. Its chief of police is black. The officers of the police department are 58 percent black. Five BLACK officers severely beat Tyre Nichols to death. 

It's fairly clear that civic law enforcement is administered and ran from the top to the bottom by an overwhelmingly black police force, serving and protecting an overwhelmingly black population. That hasn't stopped Corner favourite Dr Shola Mos Unpronounceable from loudly declaring in interviews and on social media, that the death of Nichols is the result of "White Supremacy."

Those two words and the context in which they were spoken, tick all the examples of incitement listed above, and it's hardly the first time she's done it. If the situation was reversed and a white "academic" blamed everything and anything on the black race without substantive evidence, they'd be hauled up to the Old Bailey before Polly Toynbee could type out a tweet denouncing them. 

I hope that Dr Zeus herself will practice what she preaches, and in the spirit of the racial equality she is working so hard to obtain, hands herself into her nearest police station immediately. Sadly, I very much doubt that her own ethics and ideals apply to her. Afterall she's black, and they can't be racist.

At my school the racism I witnessed was black kids on the very few Indian/Pakistani kids who attended and those from the Caribbean (or whose parents were from there) against African kids. An Indian physics teacher was the subject of some horrendous racist abuse from black kids that ended up with him having a mental breakdown. So yes: they can and are racist. 

Not to mention the usual "Pikey and filthy gyppo" abuse I got.  But at least I had the opportunity to thump some of the dusky cunts.
